Launched in March 2012 by Annette Courtenage (Nia White Belt Teacher) and Emma Seymour (Nia student). Nia Mid Sussex is a community space which provides information on weekly Nia classes, workshops and community events in and around Mid Sussex.

To celebrate the launch of The Nia Mid Sussex website we invite you to come and join us for a joyful celebration, Nia style. This autumn we are hosting a Nia Jam here in Mid Sussex open to Nia students, family, friends and those new to Nia.

Burgess Hill School For Girls – 3pm – 5pm
Doors open 2:30pm – Dance from 3pm – £5 includes refreshments
This is a fantastic opportunity to try Nia in a relaxed party atmosphere. Everyone is welcome. Join us and experience the diversity of Nia taught by a group of fantastic local Nia teachers.
