Launched in March 2012 by Annette Courtenage (Nia White Belt Teacher) and Emma Seymour (Nia student). Nia Mid Sussex is a community space which provides information on weekly Nia classes, workshops and community events in and around Mid Sussex.

We warmly welcome new Nia White Belt Teacher Dianne Mower to Nia Mid Sussex. Dianne will be teaching 3 new Nia classes in Lindfield and Ardingly starting from 1st May 2012. Please take a look at Dianne’s profile for full class details.
NEW VENUE!

Nia White Belt Teacher Annette Courtenage is now teaching her Friday morning class at the Koorana Centre in Ardingly. This new venue is a centre for creative and spiritual development created by Gabrielle Hall. It is the perfect space to enjoy Nia with lovely wooden floors, gorgeous chandeliers and underfloor heating.

From 25th May 2012…Jo will be teaching a new funded class for the over 55’s – Fridays – 11:30am – The Dingemans Centre, Dingemans Court, Shooting Field, Steyning.
From 13th July 2012…Jo will be teaching a second funded class for the over 55’s – Fridays – 2pm – Maidment Court, Wantley Hill, Henfield.
First class is FREE then just £4 a class. These classes are suitable for all levels of mobility and fitness.
