Each Routine has a focus and intent. Here a few of the Routines recently taught please go to http://www.nianow.com for more information about the focus, intent and music:

The Focus and Intent of this routine is gravity and levity, the intent is to sense falling up

The focus of Cure is Walk-Step-Dance and the intent is to personalise your movement, to self-express and to move in your body’s way

The focus of Mystery is the slow dance and inspired by the personality of Tai Chi the intent is to condition the central nervous system
